A PadSplit booking request is what happens the moment a prospective member asks to book a room on your listing. Someone has to reply, share your house rules, screen the applicant if needed, and give a final yes or no — usually within hours to keep the booking. This workflow shows exactly how Tenant Reply automates that back-and-forth while your team keeps the final approval call.

Hello {{first_name}} 👋, I hope you are doing well! Thank you for booking with us!

Since PadSplit is a co-living situation, I wanted to bring to your attention a few rules that are important for everyone to be comfortable:

  • The home only has capacity for single occupancy per room.
  • Please no guests at any time in the home as this is to ensure everyone’s safety.
  • Please make sure to clean up after yourself and do not leave personal items in the common areas.
  • We send cleaners there 1x/month to do a deep clean of all common areas, but cleaning in the meantime is expected of all padmates.
  • Only service animals are permitted in the house and all documentation must be submitted to PadSplit and the animal must be registered on your account.
  • We provide basic reliable Wi-Fi, but if you need faster speeds or rely on Wi-Fi for work, we request that you get your own Wi-Fi, as we cannot guarantee the speed will meet your needs.

We aim to make sure you are comfortable and that you enjoy your stay with us.

At your earliest convenience, please confirm receipt and understanding of the above. Always feel free to reach out if any questions or concerns. We hope you have a great rest of the day.
